We've been through this before.
I have asked you to stay on one thread instead of posting your identical messages on different ones.
You have been advised that your case is with Customer Support and a BR case # has been raised for it.
As previously advised if you wish to ask about the status of your issue please stay on one thread and quote your BR #.
This is the correct way to proceed and what every one else does.
Please note that Forum rules state that double/multi posts will be deleted without warning.

I am sorry. I was trying to figure out if somebody was in fact reading the forum. Apparently you are, and I am grateful for your help.

Please have somebody send me an email directly from Customer Service. Maybe if I establish a link with somebody from there, this would not be necessary.
