We've been through this before.
I have asked you to stay on one thread instead of posting your identical messages on different ones.
You have been advised that your case is with Customer Support and a BR case # has been raised for it.
As previously advised if you wish to ask about the status of your issue please stay on one thread and quote your BR #.
This is the correct way to proceed and what every one else does.
Please note that Forum rules state that double/multi posts will be deleted without warning.
