Full Version: Extras Manager error updating licenses

I have opened an issue on this but when I saw the other issue already open on PamFax, I thought someone would have more insight.

I used the Pamfax application to initiate a Skype Credit transfer to PamFax. The resulting Purchase appears on my account under "Downloads" however the status of the purchases in Skype is blank. I noticed that the link id for the purchases id number shows: https://partner.skype.com/item?id=xxxx even though there is an order number showing??? Any way, the orders in Skype application under "View Account" show as "FAX Credits" So I assumed refreshing my licenses would add them to Pam Fax. However when I try to refresh licenses through Organize Extras->Options, I get the message "Unexpected error received from Server" after 10 seconds...

Any idea why Skype can't refresh my licenses?

This problem has not been fixed until today, November 15. I have the
same situation with 4 payments made to PamFax via my Skype account, but
non of those payments arrived at PamFax.

Due to this apparent Extras Manager problem, I am not even able to back
credit my account. No Fax and no Money.

This seems a little disappointing, and one wonders, why the problem is
still not fixed by now.

Same problem with Pamfax charges not being credited. Still not resolved.
