In 3 weeks, I'll get our new office, a 100m2 space, with about 10 employees, all working in front of a computer.
For information, we are based in Spain.
There is absolutely nothing installed in the office so we have to setup the phone lines, Internet, etc...
Since we do that from scratch, I was wondering how we should proceed to integrate Skype and VOIP the best it can be in our office?
What I would like to do, but not sure how to do it:
- Have 2 "real" phone number, one for phone/internet the other for fax.
- A central to receive these calls and a real phone for each employee, with the possibility for the receptionist to direct the calls.
- Have several SkypeIN numbers that would end up to the same phone at reception, with the same possibility to redirect calls to each.
- All these phones having calls going through SkypeOUT. With the option to use the "classic line" easily if needed.
Is that possible, and what type of central and phones should I purchase to support these features?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Also, is there a premium service for Skype whereas calls would be "guaranteed" a high quality?
