While using the compact view, is there a way to make the video window 'always on top' of the other windows, as we were able to do in Skype 3.8?

I use video calls a lot and I'm really missing this feature. :(

Yes!! It would be great to have an "Always on Top" feature. In the meantime, one can download a freeware program that allows you to choose to keep any window always on top. It is at http://sourceforge.net/projects/dm2/ but it is of course not a Skype certified program.
