Hi,

I'm having problems adding credit into my SKype Business Control Panel. When i click on Add Credit it directs me to this page: http://skype.tom.com/. Now i don't understand Chinese and would simply like to add credit in the control panel.

Is anybody else having the same problems? What can i do to simply add credit without it being directed to that page? Any help would be great.

I just downloaded the iphone version of skype today and I am having this problem. Whats going on?

Where did you initially download the skype client from for the Skype name in question?
