How does that impact connecting Skype to a PBX? Or are you saying use SkypeOut/SkypeIn as a quasi integration, forcing everyone who wants to reach you on your PBX to pay a rate as opposed to P2P?

2-stage dialing: provide prompt and you can press the destination number
Then the system will transfer to the destination number
