why did i just have to pay 6 dollars of skype credit to renew my voicemail? just wondering. maybe im not handling my skype pro subscription correctly? the site needs to be a bit more intuitive. if skype pro give free vm and such it needs to show that on all of the control panels - both on the site and in the application. and for gods sake not let me buy a voicemail subscription if i already have an unlimited setup or one that is covered by another product that im already paying for.

If ive been charged in error - then how do i fix that?
