No, I do not have any official autorization. I asked for such autorization but never had an answer. I did make some corrections especially at Settings tabs. I'm not aware of any restrictions regarding publishing beta version localization resources. I apologise if there are such restrictions. Please remove this entry if necessary.

We asked you, because we were intended to do the same for the Bulgarian language file support.

We will however try to obtain such autorization. Or at least, find out the official opinion of the Skype Stuff we are in touch with.
