When call forwarding is set up to my mobile(cell) and i don't answer, how do we shorten the length of time it takes for the caller to reach my Skype voicemail.
At present a customer calling me during 'call-forwarding' will need to wait about 60secs to get my voicemail... ...fat chance they'll wait that long!
So i'm losing business.
I have been very excited by my recent conversion to Skype for my business but these seemingly small and simple failings are proving costly.
Any hints, tricks, tips or downright know-how much appreciated.
Thanks

Hi,
If I understand your question correctly, you want to shorten the time frame from when people call you on Skype to when the call is forwarded to your mobile.
This is done from within your Skype client. Choose Top menu item "TOOLS", then "OPTIONS". Under the "CALLS" tab you will find the "CALL FORWARDING" settings.
There is a box where you can specify how many seconds you prefer. "Forward calls if I do not answer within [XX] seconds.
Click "SAVE" and your settings should now be active.
Good luck,
Wilhelm
