There is any plugin for Skype on Linux that allows me to play a record or a music over skype and the other part can listen it?

I don't know if there is such a add-on for skype, especially for linux. If you want to broadcast music you could always go to http://shoutcast.com ,the Shoutcast tool and bring up an online radio
