Hi,

I was wondering if any Skype API gurus could help hammer out a path forward for my project.

What I need to do is create a browser based call-in center for an online talk radio network using a toll free number routed to a Skype-in number. I would like to see a flash app that my show hosts can log into and manage their call-ins. It would need a que that lists the name, number, call-in time, time on hold. The host would need to be able to pick up any call out of the list and hangup at will.

Can this be done?

dang - I can't even conceptualize how to express what I need

/cry

Im having a hard time communicating this idea really, so I thought I would make a diagram of kind of what I mean

These things can be done, here is an example I have done in C# including the full project and source code if needed:

NOTE: Many 1-800 Type numbers do not offer call forwarding to another number so I would think about that. I would also wonder, what you would show for caller id into Skype after the Toll-Free number was forwarded, the Toll-Free telephone number or the original callers number.

As you can see the Call Transfer for Skype example can answer inbound calls, end, place calls on hold, resume, and transfer calls to other online Skype users or telephone numbers.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately neither of those links work for me. Could you repost them perhaps?

Having trouble with my web hosting company staying online, may need to change hosting companies. So, look at Skype Extras using the Skype Client.

Tools -> Do More -> Get Extras -> Productivity -> Call Transfer

This is one of my Skype Extras.
