Full Version: Can't Purchase Skype Credit

Hello,

I want to BUY more credit for my account but can't do it.

When I click "Add" next to the amount that I have on my account I get a red box with a message: "An internal error occurred." I've been receiving this message for over a week now.

What do I do?

I have been receiving the same error for more than a week now, and I have submitted multiple support requests and still no response. Someone please help!!!

while I'm yet to receive any answer from Skype I have found this workaround.

What you do, is login into your biz control panel (http://www.skype.biz) and once logged in, paste this link into the address bar:
https://secure.skype.com/buy/payment/details/initial
