When I call (as user) to my friend on PC I have a information: "Problem with sound device", but when i call as root I have any problem. I have Slackware 9.1 and Skype 0.9.0.12.

You must have write permission on dev/dsp as well as normal user.
When I user write: "usermod -G users,audio marcin"
marcin@trzcionek:~$ usermod -G users,audio marcin
-bash: usermod: command not found
but
when I root write: "usermod -G users,audio marcin" it's OK but I still have a PROBLEM WITH SOUND DEVICE when I user!
I dont know what can I do...

As root try:
> chmod 666 dev/dsp
> chmod 666 dev/dsp
w /etc/group dopisz usera do grupy audio - prawdopodobnie nie masz odpowiednich uprawnien
