I submitted a request to Skype support and received a response that simply re-stated my e-mail. It was unhelpful.
I submitted another ticket asking for clarification on the same issue - and waited 12 days with no response at all. I reminded them of my ticket.
Then, 10 days ago, I received a response from support trying to convince me to subscribe to Skype Pro - I already subscribe to it.
So, since April 7th, I've had the same, simple question and Skype Support has been abysmal. Is this common? I don't expect immediate turnaround times on support requests, but we're nearing a month on a tiny issue. Can I depend on Skype for business? Should I begin the refund process and try to find another solution?

All, this is honestly anoying. I completely understand the issues that Skype customer service is having with the overload of questions and problems (probably bad planning and rush to launch a product withthouth the adequate support), however Skype needs to make an extra effort for the business account. Every business account should be assign to a representative that we can call when a problem arise. I am planning to continue growing my business account but this kind of issues keep my project in hold until I feel that there is somebody in Skype that will take care of our business in case something is wrong. We just can not continue playing around with Business accounts.
