I have just purchased a Voip 841 and it had a Skype voucher included within the box.
I went to redeem the voucher and entered in all the numbers correctly.
Much to my surprise the respond was: This voucher is already redeemed.
Now it is not a huge amount of credit, only 120 min SkypeOut.
But the question is WHY was it redeemed?
The box appeared to be sealed from the distributer.
Are the somehow fraudulent activities going on with these vouchers and if that is the case how should I go about setting this straight?

I have EXACTLY the same problem ! Got the phone today and when I'm trying to redeem the voucher I'm getting the "Voucher is already redeemed" message !
Any solution to this problem ???

Well, my issue has been resolved with a ticket to Skype support.
It did require a second reply with a stronger point of view.
Not sure what is going on with this, but since the phone
was sealed and showed no signs of ever having been opened, one can
only gather this is a Skype or a Skype contractor problem.
