How do I remove the SkypeCast contact number from my contact list?

+9900111891936000000 (Sample number with zeros shown instead of actual numbers)

I have tried the menu and clicking "Remove from All Contacts", as well as right mouse button over the contact name bar and clicking "Remove from All Contacts".

I have no SkypeCast events current in my "Your SkypeCasts" list either. It's an old SkypeCast in my Contacts List, that I can not remove.

The SkypeCast Contact Number was there since the past many months when I had the last two versions of 3.6.0.244 and 3.6.0.248 , but I have been using in the past month BETA versions 3.8.0.96 and now 3.8.0.115.

I usually update the versions as soon as I see them available.

In all these versions, I have not been able to remove that SkypeCast Contact Number.

When I click right mouse button it shows message "Remove from Contacts", but nothing happens when I click that message.

This did not work,
Right-click and select "Remove from SkypeOut contacts"


This did work,
Select the entry, press the DELETE key (on keyboard)
Select "Delete permanently"

Keyboard delete key worked.

The SkypeCast number has been deleted from my contacts list.
