how to use service. Do I have to dial a country code first?

Also, should I want to call to Slovakia from US, precisely
how is it done. I would like to test it before I have to rely

Keep in mind that where you are calling FROM is irrelevant. The charges are applied depending on where you are calling TO.

Yes, you need to dial a country code first in every SkypeOut call, even if you are calling within the same country. So if you were calling a landline in New York, the number would have to be dialed in the form of +12121234567
