I recently installed Skype for E17 using the debian package and all seemed to work fine. Now I rebooted my machine and wanted to start Skype once again, but nothing happens - I just don't see any window. If I run "skype" from the console, I don't get any error messages (in fact I don't get any output at all).
When I run Skype from GNOME, however, everything works out fine.

Anybody knows a way to fix that?
