We do not know until you open them of course.
Best way is probably to open them all and forward all voucher numbers at once. This is saving you a lot of hassle.

Far from SAVING ME A LOT OF HASSLE as you state. It has CAUSED me a great deal of hassle!!
I now have presents to give people that are OPENED! I AM NOT AMUSED!
My husband is seriously NOT amused

and he is extremely annoyed that I opened the packages as he would prefer it if Skype bought the packages back from me. I can no longer return them to the shops even if we had the time to do this - which we don't!) & it looks AWFUL to give people already opened gifts.
These are Skype sets & they state quite clearly on the packaging that they contain 30 mins free airtime - which clearly IS NOT the case! You are breaking Trading laws through sheer incompetance. They are clearly NOT fit for the purpose they intended & it is FALSE ADVERTISING on the Skype packet containing the headsets.
I would prefer it if Skype refunds me for all headsets & I will return the FAULTY packages to you at your expense. This has cost me TIME - of which i am short before we go abroad. Money - as I now have 20+ unsuitable gifts (what the devil would I want all these opened headsets for?) + tremendous hassle.
Skype should reimburse me for ALL this.
Can you persuade me WHY I should stick with Skype???
