Apologies if this is not the correct section:

2 days ago I had an email thanking me for completing a recent survey and giving me a Skype credit voucher number to collect as a thank you. I copied and pasted the number but it shows as an error and as voucher number not recognised. I replied to the original email but got no response. Should i contact somebody else? if so, who?
