I've had my Skype in number about about 1 1/2 weeks now. The service stopped working that I noticed one morning where my US #, 971 area code, would not ring with my Philips VOIP phone nor would the call go to voicemail. I've been reading about other issues with using this as a quality option for a business phone number, so I'm curious and want feedback from others who are using it for a business phone number.

Have you submitted a support ticket, including your Skype Name to see if they can help you?

Are you using a Skype Business Control Panel or is this a personal account?

I actually did the change of privacy settings to change to only people in my contact list, signed off, then signed back on after 5 minutes and changed it back... In about an hour my account was working again.
But I'm surprised no one has commented on their experience using Skype In phone number for business.

I've been using it these last few days again.. and it seems okay, but I'm conerned that the Skype In will go down again... and too often. I need this for business... so I want it to be reliable and quality sound and features..
