hi there,
fontsize in skype is much too small, its unreadable.
how can i change the fontsize?

You'll need the qtconfig application that comes with Qt4. If you're running the static build, then you will need to install Qt4 for your distribution to obtain this program.
It may be renamed to qtconfig4 on your system to not conflict with qtconfig from Qt3. Simply run this, and then you can change the font sizes and appearance here.
