Hello,
With all the tsts of Windows and SKYPE, everything works fine, but when I make a video call there is no sound on the other side, or they just hear dome words and then nothing.
I followed strictly the instructions.
I have Windows XP SP2, Logitec Mic (communicate STX) for microphone and Realttek AC97 Audio for the Speakers.
As I wrote, the tests with Windows and Skype are working fine/
Skype has been working fing fine until last December, that is when the problem started.
What else can I do ?

Could be a bandwidth issue, please start below:
First ensure you are BOTH on latest version 3.5 or 3.6 of SKYPE thats very important.
Next you need to BOTH check you have latest Logitech drivers at link below
www.logitech.com/qc115beta
Finally, Please check if your camera settings include a "Low Light Boost" option. Go to Skype / Tools / Options / Video Settings / Webcam Settings. If this option is there, and checked, un-check it. Then try your video call again.
And seems that disabling "low light boost" will improve dramatically video experience.
