I downloaded ANSWRING MACHINE 4 SKYPE referenced at "extras/productivity" page of >SKYPE (http://amextras.com).
Now I receive a message for purchase each time I turn on my computer. When I click on "purchase" the browser cannot open the page.

Please let me know how to uninstall you software from my computer.

Using the Skype Window:

Tools -> Do More -> Organize Your Extras.

Click on the Menu Button for this Extra, and click uninstall.
