I'm having trouble to gain information where and how I can redeem my Skype Pro hardware voucher. I have posted a ticket to the CS, but they replied this weird answer:

It's not helpful since it doesn't make any sense to me. I should need a voucher (or voucher number) before I can us it. Right?!?

How does this whole hardware voucher thing work?

I just upgraded to skype pro and i'm having the same problem

I'd like to buy the headset with the voucher but the confirmation email doesn't contain the voucher redemtion code. Any suggestions?

I have been waiting cs to contact me. I have submitted THREE tickets and haven't had a single answer to solve my problem. It has now been more than a month from that. Skype customer service is the worst experience that I have ever encountered in my whole life.
