Customer Support advise as follows:
Currently, you do not need to redeem your voucher in order to get your discounted products. After you purchase Skype Pro package, your account page will show you how to redeem your benefit.
Please follow the link which you wish to receive the benefit, and it will guide you to get the discount.
Open Skype > Account > View your account > Manage Skype Pro. In the lower right-hand corner please choose Page 2 for instructions on how to redeem your benefits.
I've tested this and it seems to be working correctly.
If you still can't obtain the discounted products associated with your SkypePro purchase please advise.

Thank you for getting back to me but there's still a problem.
I too received the instructions that you've outlined above 10 days ago (on Tues 29 Jan) but i followed it exactly as Customer Support had listed but there's still a problem and hence this is what i emailed them about on 29 Jan. I still have not received a response back from Customer Support since.
I selected 'Buy hardware' button from my Account screen which promised me that i could view details of my exclusive hardware discounts. But all that did was take me to the standard SkyePro home webpage as follows
http://www.skype.com/allfeatures/skypepro/, and i cannot see my special discounts on hardware nor is there any mention of it.
On these forum sites you've said that this is a known issue and that Customer Support will provide a voucher number manually via email which can then be manually inserted to claim a hardware discount.
I'm looking for this unique voucher code so i can then purchase a phone from the Skype shop asap.
At the time of my Skype Pro purchase/subscription i was informed that i'll receive a hardware voucher code.
Pls advise.
