The above was in the "Skype Pro Subscription successful" email; however neither at the URL given nor at My Account accessed via ACCOUNT>VIEW YOUR ACCOUNT>SETTINGS from the Call window can I find any information about voucher numbers, etc. needed to obtain these Extras via the Redeem Voucher link.
Can someone help and tell me what I am doing wrong? or more specifically where to look??

The link I provided is correct. You should see your voucher codes there.

Please submit a support request here. Keep in mind that it takes a minimum of 4 business days to get a reply from Skype Support. If you don't get one by then, post again here, stating your username and date you filed the support ticket.

I also just signed up fro Skype Pro, am I supposed to see some vouchers on this page because I dont.

The link you provide only takes you to your Pro account page. No Voucher codes are there.

I just registered and paid for Skype Pro, got the "don't delete email" followed the link to my account but can't see options to redeem vouchers.

There is obviously a fault in Skype's system for this to happening regularly like this.

I fail to see why you buy a (increasingly more expensive) service from Skype then have to fart around trying to get things to work and then have to waste more time with raising support tickets etc. Hey Skype ...FIX IT no.png

I agree, there is a problem with their system.If you look thru the threads on this site, you
see many with the same issue,no vouchers issued, but nothiong has been resolved yet.

Where should I see these vouchers and what actually happens with the vouchers, how do you use them?

If you click here you should be able to see the voucher codes at the bottom of the page.

If you click here you can redeem those vouchers.

Problem is none of us who are having this issue see any voucher codes on that page.

I know that. But user was asking what he's supposed to be seeing so I provided the links.

I've already submitted a Customer Support request 8 days ago (which they've acknowledged receiving) BUT i still haven't heard back from Skype Customer Support yet. I also purchased Skype Pro & a SkypeIn tel# but i'm looking to redeem the Extras Pro vouchers but none are mentioned plus i haven't received them via email too.
I'm looking to make a hardware purchase from the Skype shop and wanted to use the hardware voucher which was promised to be supplied to me upon a Skype Pro subscription.

How do i escalate this so that a Moderator on this forum can expedite or inquire about my situation? Appreciate your help.

No one has had
there issue resolved. I sent a support ticket in Jan 30th.Their response did not even address this issue.
Others have gotten the same result.Maybe someone at Skype can
get it thru their head that something is wrong. We have not been issued promised voucher codes.
If they can't get this figured out, I guess they must not want my business. I have been with Skype for years.
If they can't or don't want to give us the voucher codes, then why don't they say so?
Very poor customer service.IMO angry.png

Thank you for following up and for sending this to Customer Support on my behalf, i hope they do respond back quickly and bring this to resolution.

I can see on this forum that other people have or are still experiencing this same problem and is this something that Skype is aware of and will they be resolving for all?

Currently, you do not need to redeem your voucher in order to get your discounted products. After you purchase Skype Pro package, your account page will show you how to redeem your benefit.
Please follow the link which you wish to receive the benefit, and it will guide you to get the discount.
Open Skype > Account > View your account > Manage Skype Pro. In the lower right-hand corner please choose Page 2 for instructions on how to redeem your benefits.



I've tested this and it seems to be working correctly.
If you still can't obtain the discounted products associated with your SkypePro purchase please advise.

I have been waiting for four days for a response from Skype to my support ticket. The vouchers have still not been made available to me. I am very disappointed.

I have noticed that the forum moderators and administrators do not have any clue about what is going on here!

Thank you for getting back to me but there's still a problem.

I too received the instructions that you've outlined above 10 days ago (on Tues 29 Jan) but i followed it exactly as Customer Support had listed but there's still a problem and hence this is what i emailed them about on 29 Jan. I still have not received a response back from Customer Support since.

I selected 'Buy hardware' button from my Account screen which promised me that i could view details of my exclusive hardware discounts. But all that did was take me to the standard SkyePro home webpage as follows http://www.skype.com/allfeatures/skypepro/, and i cannot see my special discounts on hardware nor is there any mention of it.

On these forum sites you've said that this is a known issue and that Customer Support will provide a voucher number manually via email which can then be manually inserted to claim a hardware discount.
I'm looking for this unique voucher code so i can then purchase a phone from the Skype shop asap.
At the time of my Skype Pro purchase/subscription i was informed that i'll receive a hardware voucher code.

Pls advise.

I've relayed your comments to CS and requested that, if users are experiencing difficulty in obtaining the discounted products at their SkypePro page, voucher #s be issued to them instead.

I hope CS can email these voucher code #s quickly for all concerned, and for them to respond back to customer's queries within a reasonable timeframe.
