Full Version: is there an AGC OFF api command

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a command in the skype api that allows a remote program disable the Auto Gain Control option ? I can't see it in the docs but it would be nice to add to my driver to save lots of people having problems.

Actually there is: https://developer.skype.com/Docs/ApiDoc/SET_AGC_and_SET_AEC

But i'm not sure whether it's supported in Skype for Linux 2.0. It might look like that from the API perspective. Need to check it later

Cool, not sure how I missed that. On testing it appears to be disabled. Or it doesn't change the GUI panel and the option stays in the original state on restart.
