Full Version: cannot find gift certificate

i purchased a gift certificate for $25 in Oct. i cannot find it ANYWHERE although it says delivered. there is no "gift certificate" link on top left menu? i have contacted skype support 3 times and no responce. please give me my money back. i found out that if not redeemed it expires in 3 months. how can i redeem it when i can't find the voucher? this is BS. i am a frequent user of skype and i highly recommend to everyone, so this problem is really disappointing.

i purchased the gift certificate on 10/17/2007 so i would assume i sent a request for support on that day or within few days following. my user name is also reichannel. thanks

Yea, they did. Thank you! However they just asked for details over a week ago and of course i responded, but nothing since... i wrote them again today to see what the status is. We will see if they respond...
