Sorry fellows if somone has already written about this. Just got Skype and joined the group here.

I am in the US. I own a Verizon BlackBerry 8830. Very often I need to call land line numbers overseas from this BB (while I am on the road). At home I have Skype-In and like it very much.

Is there any way which will let me place a call from my BB, to my Skype at home, and through it to selected by me land lines overseas ? That would be a great $ saver, as I could place a LOCAL call from my BB to my home based Skype and - if that indeed is possible - "fast dial" specific numbers overseas using Skype VoIP.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, the product you need is the AU-600 Skype Diverter. It does what you need (including speed dial) and more.
