Hi,
I want to buy a HTC TyTN 2
Can it be used to make Skype and SkypeOut voicecalls in an acceptable quality?
Does the WiFi connection hold?
I checked on the forums and website, where it confirms that HTC TYTN can only support
Incoming and outgoing chats and not voice.... wondering if the latest version which
has Windows Mobile 6 would be able to support Skype and whether i can make my incoming
and receiving my outgoing calls(free without paying for Skype out) on HTC TYTN 2 using WiFi .....

Thanks to anyone for his/her advice and experience.
rgds, suniel

Please search first, there is a thread about TYTNII where people who already have it say that Skype works on it well.

Hi - my HTC 7501 has the Call button grayed out even using 11/7/2007 download for WM. The 7501 runs Wm6. I am searching for the fix.

Try this: In the Status tab, click on the little arrow (upside-down triangle) next to your skypename at the top left of the screen and select "Online".

hi
I have the HTC 8525, Skype loaded correctly, connected to my wifi and logs in well to my account, but when I try to make a call, the application closes. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

hi greg_or. are you sure you are using version 2.2.0.37? if not update cause it fixes this problem.
