I am exploring the option of using Skype for business purposes, initially on a small scale but if successful it could be rolled out on a much larger scale (we have global offices)
I have two concerns/queries -
1) I don't appear to be able to see to whom I can talk to discuss technical/service and payment queries to ensure Skype is a viable solution to my rather complicated problem (if a Skype Acct Mgr reads this, please can you get in contact with me ASAP?)
2) I'm slightly concerned as there don't appear to be any channels to get immediate assistance regarding technical issues - ie. outages etc. - please can you tell me if this is correct?
Any suggestions/feedback/advise from exisiting users would be helpful
