Well just thought I would post here to see in anyone else is having this issue. I just signed up for the ******Unlimited US plan and was able to make calls for only two days. I tried to login today and all I get are these call dropped error messages. I can do the skype test call just fine and am able to do everything online that I normally do. Nothing has changed in my system yet this service has gone to pot.

Now I would not come to the forums other than the fact that the customer service via email is a joke. The best that they have been able to come up with is:

According to our logs, you have been able to place calls from your
account, covered by your subscription.

Please check the link below to see a detailed list of the calls you have
made and their correct costs:

I wonder if they even looked at that list as all of the calls were in days past not for today!

Thank you for telling me that my service worked before, I already knew that and stated that. I wanted to know why it is not working "NOW" as in this present moment not in days past. I know I am not over my 6 hours for the day as I have not been able to connect today this coupled with the fact that I have only had the service for ~3 days, I know I have not passed any of the "fair usage" policies.

Any help that fellow customers could give would be much appreciated.

Well just an update, it has been over 8 hours since I have last heard from support it is now 10:17PM my time. It would seem that now my service is working, almost 24 hours since the last time I was able to place a call. I still have no idea what caused the issue or why it is working now. Again nothing in my system has changed only time.

Here is a quick snap of the last call I was able to make and the first one since:

Oct 14 22:13 +1407303XXXX, USA Call €0,000 00:01 €0,000
Oct 13 22:15 +1407303XXXX, USA Call €0,000 53:00 €0,000

I find it very odd that almost 24 hours has passed until I was able to make another call. Could it be that I reached my 6 hours last night (before mid-night EST) and for some reason my account has been locked for all the the NEXT day (Today). That my friends is a major flaw. I would think that 6 hours a day would constitute a given day not a rolling 24 hour period, which is what this looks like.

Again since there seems to be a severe lack of customer service, any help would be appreciated. I would complain and ask for a credit of my outage but that would get trapped in this black-hole of customer service too, be warned.

Here is the latest update to my saga. It would seem that the minutes do not follow a day in local time, unless you live in the GMT timezone. No where that I can find does it tell you that the minute cycle is based on GMT time.

Well my service has been restored and is working, no thanks to support, but I wanted to post this information here so it is at least posted on the skype site in one form or another. I did request that this information be added to the "fair usage" policy, but again dont hold your breath.
