I have installed Skype on my Samsung SCH-I730 (I had to install it using Active Sync from my PC), All the Audio uses the Speakerphone for everyone to hear. Is there any way I can get the the audio from the Phones receiver and microhone, instead of the Speakerphone

I have installed Skype as well on my SCH-i730 and have the same issue.
the audio comes out the speakerphone on back only.

I have messed with the volume control and checked all settings I can find.

The phone is still on Windows Mobile 2003 SE. I have the upgrade to Windows Mobile 5 but was not going to perform that upgrade unless necessary for better Skype functionality.

If someone can help? thanks

I have a HTC Touch Diamond2 and have SKYPE and also VOIP set up on my phone. AudioRoute works for both SKYPE and VOIP HOWEVER i have to start the call first and wait for answer then activate the AudioRoute switch to ear piece. If I do it before the call is established then there is no mic from my side of hte call and the other person can not hear me.

Further when using a BT headset i have to first disable AudioRoute for it to allow the BT headset to work properly. Its an OK compromise as if I do not have my BT headset with me then i leave AudioRoute running to switch between back speaker and ear piece for SKYPE or VOIP use.

EDIT: I have since realised that when using my BT Headset that the BT Mic is NOT working, only the device microphone picks up my voice.....
