Account Blocked - Please Help!
My Skype Account Was Blocked

Hi
I was stupid. I downloaded a so-called Skype Defender program from someone I knew and it was a zombie bot. I have since cleaned my system again and again and now Skype has blocked my account. Please unblock me - I (and my laptop) are clean - Honest! I didn't do anything wrong. I have sent two account blocked messages and heard nothing back in the last three weeks. My account name is my name - Jeffruffolo. Please. Please Please help! |

To Gladator or Skype Tech Support
So - if I remove Skpye from my computer and all other Skype files - then download Skype again - will that fix the problem. I am not familiar with reverse engineering so what exactly am I looking for to remove from my system??? |

Can someone give me an idea of exactly what programs I am looking for that I should be deleating? I do not know what I am looking for and what I should delete... Is there a specific file I need to look for?
