Skype Pro: Call Transfer BUG

Call Transfer using skype credits even with unlimited calling

Hihi,

So here are the details:
I live in Canada
My friend lives in India
I have the Unlimited Calling for Canada/US plan
I also have subscribed to 5 months of Skype Pro.

So this is what happens:
1) My friend from India calls my skype with her skype (a Skype to Skype call)
2) I recieve the call, and use the Call Transfer feature in Skype using the program created by ZOverLord, and it transfers flawlessly to the local mobile cellphone here in Toronto Canada.
3) The call is clear and works fine.
4) I goto the billing website, and I see that I have been charged for the call transfer that should have been free. The rate it charged for was 0.024 cents CAD a minute it says, but the total cost is random for each call.

I believe this is a bug since Call Transfer is suppose to be free of charge to transfer skype to skype calls to a local landline? (assuming u have the UCP)

Any help would be appreciated~

Thanks~

Just as in the case of Call Forwarding and how that works with the Unlimited Calling Plan (or previous Free Calls Promo), calls tyransferred with Skype Call Transfer is chargeable in certain instances. These include transferring international originated calls to a local destination, i.e. a destination that would normally not have been charged on your calling plan.

An example:
Pete lives in the USA and is both a SkypePro subscriber & has Unlimited Callin Plan. Pete sets up a Call Forward to his home landline for when he is offline.
1. Pete's brother calls him on Skype from his dorm at university. The call is forwarded to his Pete's landline. This call is not charged as it is part of his UCP.
2. Pete's sister is travelling in Australia and calls him on Skype from an internet cafe. The call is forwarded to his landline. This call is charged, as it is internationally originated and therfore not included in his UCP.

Call transfer works similarly. And it is important to note that the rate charged would be the same as if the user did not have Unlimited Calling Plan. So, using that as a base, the example would something like this:
1. Sandy calls Pete on Skype to ask abo0ut the weekend's BBQ plans. Pete knows better than to try and arrange this without his wife's aggreement, so decides to transfer Sandy to Maria at work. This call is not charged, as it is included in teh UCP>
2. Pete's sister (the one travelling in Australia) calls him on Skype. Once that have finished chatting, he transfers the call to his mom's landline. This leg of the call is not included in the UCP as it is internationally originated. So Pete would be charged that standard rate for dialling a US landline (without UCP).
