US Skype Unlimited, ok from overseas?

I am in the US (Texas) and will be in Spain for the whole month of July. If I sign up for the US Unlimited Plan can I still call landlines in the US and Canada using my Unlimited Plan while I am in Spain?

The UCP is for calls within US/CAN.
From Spain you will pay normal SkypeOut rates.
