Whiteboard function to skype

Just imagine that you can use the whiteboard during the phone call or during the chat or conference. I use often Wacom tablet for making drawings and performing the lectures – this is really useful thing to substitute the real whiteboards and markers.
Such whiteboard must have next functions:

-Every communication partner must have during the session the possibility to make drawings on the whiteboard (with functions you have for example in Paint program) add the pictures and pre made drawings to whiteboard and to save the mad picture.

-All changes made in whiteboard are accessible to every partner.

-Whiteboard appears as the separate window

-Such whiteboard must support the large variety of the graphic formats to make easier the copy-paste functions from different graphic programs

I use skype often and the need for graphic performing or need to share and collectively handle graphic information appears also often.
