no credit although I paid

Hello,
I have sent already three messages through the help section with no reply whatsoever.
I have paid $17 for calls to US and Canada for one year, I received the email confirming the payment and it was on my bank account statement. But now when I try to make a call, I get a message that I do not have the credit, and that I should purchase a credit, which I already did for about a month.

I tried everything I could, uninstaled and reinstalled, to no avail.

Please, can anyone help me?

Please file a ticket to Skype explaining the situation.
There is a link at my signature below.
Currently, replies to tickets are taking a minimum of 4 WORKING days.
If the siuation is not resolved by then or if you have not received a reply please advise here with the date you filed the ticket and your username.

I have already sent THREE tickets, it's true that it has not been four working days but I never thought that it would take all this time. Anyway, when I send a ticket, I do not have any kind of receipt, so there is no way to proof it.

Yes - you could purchase credit to top up and at the same time file a request for a refund of your first purchase.

I still have no connection, and when I browse in this forum I see a lot of people having the same problem. Does anyone know what is the reason for paid accounts that Spyke blocks with no reason. I am really getting very frustrated with this problem.

I sent the last ticket on Feb 25, but I had sent others before and don't remember the dates.

Today I received a message from the skype team advising me to log off and reconnect to my skype and that it should work. The message said that if it didn't work, I should answer the message. The problem is that after doing all what they said and it didn't work, I tried to find the message that I should reply to, but coundn't find it. Could you help me locate that message?
