Skype Account blocked after buying Skypeout credit

Hi,
I bought Skype out credit (10$) yet when i try to make a call to a phone number i get "Internal error, please try again (#9407)"
"Your Skype Account has been blocked. Click here for details". When I click on the link it directs to http://www.skype.com/helloagain.html

My Skype user name is "rania14"

I've sent the problem to customer support and still didn't get any response

Would you kindly unblock my account

I requested help regarding a blocked acount on Jan 24 and I didn't get any response until January 31. The response for just auto response starting with 'Thank you for contacting us...'

I have yet to get resolution and my account is still blocked. I have decided to seek a refund through PayPal.

Thank you very much, Norman. It's really a relief to have quick responses from kind people like you. This fact means that there are still people out there ready to offer help to helpless users of Skype like me.
I submitted my last ticket on 10 February 2007, the earlier ticket mentioning my same problem I sent one and a half month ago, but at the time I knew nothing of this forum to come here and ask for help.

The attached file shows what my Skype acts whenever I try to call via Skype out, no matter where in the world the destinations of my calls are.

The facts are: my Skype name is anhdalat, my account currently has US$11.27, my account is blocked, and attached above is a screen-shot of my blocked Skype account (#9407) whenever I make a Skype-out call, no matter where the called phones are.

Now I have a simple question to ask Skype:
"Normally, how long does it take for the STAFF to unblock my account? Days, months, years?"

I understand you frustration.It seems the skyp system does not work as good as we are expecting it to be.
When we purchase a service , we all want to receive good quality and good support.But it seems Skype only focus on " Payment Issue " and forgot about taking care of their custommers.
Hope they can get your problem resolved quickly.

But still I wonder, if it is that simple to unblock my account, why should I need to wait all that long to be able to finally got help from Skype after coming to this forum and crying for help?
What kind of customer service Skype used to treat all my previous tickets?
All is well that ends well, even after months of waiting.

Good news, thank you for the update.

Unblocking sometimes needs investigating with the other payment parties and can take time.
Also sometimes (unfortunately) support requests get lost. Not an excuse, just an explanation.
