I have a US number, with Unlimited US & Canada subscription that expires Nov 29, 2009. So I went in and bought a subscription (order ref# 312005934) tonight but it doesn't seem to be extending my original subscription because the date still says it expires in 4 days. I am afraid I signed up for a separate subscription? I don't know. If that's the case, I need to know how to stop the recurring payment from being deducted from my original subscription that is set to expire in 4 days.

Afterwards, I would like to setup call forwarding on that number to another mobile number (in another country) (For example: Hong Kong skypeIN number forward to a China mobile number). If I sign up with the Unlimited World subscription, does that mean all my calls received will be FREE?

I have my brother added to my skype contacts list and he has me added to his. Lately we've noticed something, if he is signed into one of his computers he shows up online and I am able to message him. If he is logged into the other computer he doesn't show up online - and when i try to message him my message ends up with the circling status item next to it (the one that indicates that a message has yet to be sent) and he doesn't get it - until he logs in on the first computer.

I've tried removing and re-adding him to my contact list to no avail - what's going on here? BTW I made sure I unchecked the 'Auto Fill when balance falls to $2' box, since the virtual number is a one time shot number.

She gets a message saying she is logged in on another computer when she starts Skype. She can only call regular calls, no calls to Skype-accounts.
She thinks she knows which the other computer is but doesn't have access to it. Is there anyway to force a loggout on the other computer?
Any other ideas? The only solution I can think of is creating a new account.

This month, however, I have been informed that the credit card I have always used has expired. Apart from being informed only two days in advance before the subscription is canceled, the card happens not to be expired at all.
After contacting Customer Support, these were the excuses offered:
- Lack of credit available: the card has more than enough credit.
- Processing company's problems: I also work for a software company. We process credit cards everyday and we can find out what happened with every single transaction. Call your processing company.
But things are not that complicated. I used the same card that day, I used it without problems before and after and Skype has not had any problems since I got my subscription.
- Bank might not accept online transactions...

The solutions offered are well-known in these fora: let my subscription expire and get a new one. Additionally, I get a 25% increase in my subscription and I must re-buy my phone number.

In summary, three e-mails to Customer Support, three script answers. That is, no intention to solve the problem, just an attempt to get rid of the customer. From my perspective, a sign that my time is not important for Skype; just my money is.

Or is it possible to have skype tie into garageband, logic, or protools and real time record each stream as a separate input? If you have it recorded and in the project file from the get go for the conference call that would seriously be an amazing feature.

In way of the interface though, the rumor i hear is your going to open source the User interface aspects of the skype application while the part that handels the actual calling, protocol, and connections will still be blackboxed precompiled binaries. Will you do this only on the linux client or will you provide the source for the interface for the mac client and windows clients as well. Wann kommen sie Skypecasts zurück? Die skypecast waren super bis fast alle haben skypecasts geöffnet die kein mensch braucht. Admin hat nicht unternommen. Ok hat er, alles abschalten. Waren viele Skypecast die gut waren und gutte Themen. Ich hab selber skypecast gemacht über Computer. Ich und noch paar Leute haben immer täglich gemacht und anderem unsere hilfe angeboten wenn um PC geht. Das hat gut geklapt. Waren auch Leute die absichtlich die Skypecasts gemeldet haben um die zu schliessen. Am besten müssen paar user die immer auf Skypecasts drauf sind die Admin rechte haben und andere user spärren und die skypecast löschen können.
